About Us
We trade every Friday, Saturday & Sunday at The Shambles Market in York from 10-4 with a selection of different bagels and a few sandwiches on offer using as many seasonal and local ingredients as possible.
The bagels are proved overnight for 12-18hrs and then boiled and baked fresh each morning. Come by and say hello and we can tell you a bit more about each bagel and what goes into making each one.
