Learn to weave a Willow Hare in the beautiful setting of The Orangery at Sledmere.
This July, we are excited to offer a willow weaving workshop in The Orangery at Sledmere, where you’ll have the opportunity to create your very own Willow Hare.
Learn to weave a beautiful willow hare with the expert guidance of Janice from Down2Earth. You will learn some of the basic weaving techniques, then start with the base and an outline structure, and then you can weave randomly to create a unique willow sculpture for your garden.
Start with a pile of sticks and end up with your own rewarding creation during this day-long willow weaving workshop!
