Anne Lister in York Walking Tours

From the early 1800's Anne visited York regularly. Join me as we follow in her footsteps visiting the city she loved. We'll visit her friends, see where she shopped, where she partied, went to school, loved and lived. Meeting at Micklegate Bar, we will enter the city, just as Anne would have done as she clattered over the cobbles on the High Flyer. We will end in the beautiful and secret Holy Trinity Church in Micklegate. Not only a place very special to Anne, but also the location of filming for the BBC TV series Gentleman Jack
