About Us
We trade every Wednesday to Friday from 10-4 and Saturday & Sunday from 9-4 at The Shambles Market in York from our old blue Citroën truck. We sell a selection of different freshly made bagels and hot & cold sandwiches using as many seasonal and local ingredients as possible.
The bagels are proved overnight for 12-18hrs and then boiled and baked fresh each morning. Come by and say hello and we can tell you a bit more about each bagel and what goes into making each one.
