With a Nod to the Festive Season, The Polite Tourist Presents Our Evening Walk in YORK through DECEMBER - Those Ghosts Of Christmas Past.

For those of a curious and hardy temper – why not come along and listen to The Polite Tourist one December evening in the ancient City of YORK as they share with you the tales of those ordinary folk for whom the celebration of Christmas would sadly be their last.

Hear also of the story of the retired cobbler, a tragic war wife, and a dreadful river accident.

And ALL lost to history – until now!

However, for those of a sensitive nature who are averse to real stories of tears, heartache and tragedy – a festive walk with The Polite Tourist one DECEMBER evening in YORK may NOT be to your taste.

Walk with us awhile one WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY, FRIDAY, SATURDAY or SUNDAY throughout the month of December from 7pm.
