The Hay Barn has 3 ensuite bedrooms, two of which can be split into twin bedrooms. Every bedroom is ensuite.

The Hay Barn is fully equipped to cater for a group of 12 adults around the large oak dining table for when a group booking of the barns is made (Irishman’s Cottage, Dovecote and Hay Barn together).

In winter, unwind and relax in front of the log fire stove, the barn is always cosy warm with underfloor heating throughout.

In summer, throw open the bedroom french doors and enjoy your breakfast al fresco in the garden which has a barbeque also.

A perfect place for friends getting together.

Access to the GAMES ROOM also included which has a pool table (under 16 years must be supervised) and darts board.

A WELCOME BASKET of Prosecco, wine or juices, homemade bread and Yorkshire Breakfast Produce is also provided.
