The Cottage is located just 5 miles from York city centre, tucked away along a country lane overlooking open countryside. An abundacne of wildlife is all around, Wild deer can often be seen grazing in the fields around the cottage. There is ample parking and a seperate drive way to access the cottage. Pear Tree Cottager also benefits from it’s own private garden complete with fruit trees, flowers and herbs. Guests can take a country walk straight from the door. With a large private patio area guest can dine alfresco with uninterrupted views of the Yorkshire countryside. This really is a great base to explore Yorkshire.
