The Hop Store provides one double bedroom with a king size bed, plus en-suite facilities, one twin bedded room with separate bathroom containing bath and shower over, an open-plan living area with deep sofas, ample dining space and quality kitchen. Original beamed ceilings, stunning balcony views of York Minster and the quirky, listed industrial crane make this a unique place to stay. Smart TV to both bedrooms and living space. Free WiFi. This second floor apartment is accessed by lift or stairs to the front door.

The Malt House is a duplex apartment, with one double bedroom featuring super-king bed and en-suite facilities on the ground floor. On the first floor you'll find the second twin bedded room with separate bathroom ( bath plus shower over), plus the lovely, tastefully furnished, open-plan living/ dining / kitchen area. This apartment benefits from the original high beamed ceilings and large Georgian windows that offer delightful views towards the MInster and ensure a light and airy feel to this super apartment. Visitors please note there are stairs within the apartment and a short flight of exterior stone steps to access the building. Smart TV to both bedrooms and living space. Free WiFi.

The Brew House, on the first floor of the building, offers two bedroom and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed plus en-suite shower room. The second bathroom with bath plus shower over is reached via the hallway.The open-plan living space, with high beamed ceilings, provides a wonderful feeling of space and light, and has quality furnishing and fittings throughout. A roomy twin bedroom is situated on the mezzanine floor and is charming, spacious and comfortable. Smart TV to both bedrooms and living space. Free WiFi. The apartment is accessed by lift or stairs to the front door.

Ogleforth is a tranquil medieval thoroughfare well away from the noise of the city and yet, turn into Goodramgate and you will have immediate access to the shops, restaurants, museums and city walls.

Our prices include free secure gated courtyard parking for one car per apartment.

A private lift within the building ensures access for the less mobile to both The Hop Store and The Brew House. The Malt House is accessed by outdoor steps and is not considered suitable for the less mobile.
