Moors, Whitby & The Yorkshire Steam Railway

Journey across the spectacular North York Moors National Park to the historic seaside town of Whitby, travelling through picturesque moorland villages and dramatic landscapes along the way.

Enjoy around two hours of free time to explore Whitby's harbour, old town, 199 Steps and famous Abbey. Guests can also choose to add a journey on the North Yorkshire Moors Railway as an optional extra.

Whitby & The North York Moors

Enjoy a full three hours to discover Whitby alongside a scenic journey through the North York Moors National Park.

Explore Whitby's historic harbour and old town, climb the 199 Steps towards Whitby Abbey, discover the town's connections with Captain Cook and Dracula, or simply enjoy some traditional fish and chips by the sea.

The journey is part of the experience too, with stops including the Kilburn White Horse, the market town of Helmsley and Goathland, famous as a filming location for Heartbeat and Harry Potter.
