The studios can sleep up to four guests in each. Studio 3A has a king size bed and a sofa bed and Studio 3B has a double bed and a sofa bed. Both have all the amenities you need for a weekend or week away. They have many original features such as exposed beams and the original brickwork. Both have fully fitted kitchens with dishwashers as well as a seating area. There is free wi-fi in the apartment, a smart TV, access to gardens with seating and many beautiful walks in the countryside right on the doorstep. The studios are dog-friendly. We have a Relaxation And Wellness Space (RAWS) that can be booked by guests staying at The Carriage House. This includes an Aspen six-seater Hot Tub, covered BBQ and outside eating area, yoga studio/gym/dance space and a sun terrace with firepit. Ideal for larger groups or parties/events. The nearest pub is The Nag's Head in Askham Bryan - also dog friendly - which serves great food. We provide, tea, coffee, milk, cereals, bread, milk, eggs, butter and jams for arrival day and an honesty hamper for any treats that you might not have brought with you. There is also a McDonalds, Starbucks and petrol station within 3 minutes drive for when you need a quick fix. We are one mile from The Normans wedding venue. Only five miles from York and close to the Designer Outlet and Park and Ride, it’s ideally located for exploring York and this part of North Yorkshire. There are two other apartments within the building (Apartment One, Sleeps 8/10 and Apartment Two, Sleeps 4/6) and they can be rented individually or together.
